How ordering works

01Send your order request with titles and quantities.
02We email a quotation with pricing and licensing.
03You confirm and pay by invoice, purchase order or bank transfer.
04We email your My account sign-in details, and you download your SIM files there.

How you receive your SIM

Each title is a PDF licensed to you or your institution. Your name or institution, email and licence number are printed on every page.
You download it from My account, signed in with your email and password, up to 5 times. Each download is recorded.
Files can be read and printed but not edited or copied, and may not be shared outside your licence.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordering reserves your copies of upcoming titles. We contact you with the release date and price before asking for payment.
